Paid for Hindware Melisa chimney from evok.in on 29 May 2020. The reason I said "paid" instead of "purchased" is because to date(nearly a month since then) there is no news of the chimney, it has not even been shipped.
Their customer service number - one does not work, the other one they never pick up.
Finally, we tried their Facebook page, as its updated every day, Posted stinkers, and finally, they responded and promised the customer care will contact us. 5 days since then, no one has reached out.
So if you want your money stuck, without getting the product - go for evok.in
