Public Review of Eureka Forbes Water Filter and Pathetic Customer Care Service
I am extremely disappointed with both the performance of the Eureka Forbes water filter and the abysmal customer care service. Despite having already paid for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) in advance, no one from the company has come to provide the promised filter service.
I've made multiple calls to their customer care team, but no one listens or provides a solution. Each time I call, I'm told that a technician will be sent, but weeks go by with no follow-up or action. The lack of response and the complete disregard for customers is unacceptable.
It's frustrating to pay in advance for a service that never gets delivered, and the poor communication and negligence from Eureka Forbes only adds to the disappointment. I would strongly advise others to reconsider their purchase or service agreements with this company, as their customer care is simply pathetic.
