"From a business perspective, reliability and support are as important as product features. Unfortunately, this company failed on that front. During sales, they commit to many features, but later the support team says those are not possible. We faced serious issues like product photos disappearing from the system, with no technical resolution offered only manual work pushed back to us. Eventually, I had to shift my website project to another provider on a paid basis. A clear case where poor customer support and lack of management response can damage client trust. Companies should be careful before choosing such a partner.
