We purchased a Epson printer, our supplier opened the printer, installed driver & checked. Immediately 1st we tried with Copy function - didn't worked, so tried scan function didn't worked. We raised a complaint for Printer replacement. Epson's arrogant, incompetent technician comes & start talking non sense. You shouldn't have installed a printer & all. We need replacement urgently.
