Epson L3152 WiFi All in One Ink Tank Printer

We purchased a Epson printer, our supplier opened the printer, installed driver & checked. Immediately 1st we tried with Copy function - didn't worked, so tried scan function didn't worked. We raised a complaint for Printer replacement. Epson's arrogant, incompetent technician comes & start talking non sense. You shouldn't have installed a printer & all. We need replacement urgently. Epson printer is so popular for it's size and shape it's so easy to use and carry. it's printing clarity is good it's easy to refill this printer which wifi option are available. this option so good for easy printing one time ink refill 2000 pages can be printed

Complain Number 1009533856 is showing closed without any engineer visit. Called again your customer care number 186030001600 and they have given their noida service centre phone number in which incoming calls has been barred - 9667936857. Very poor service.
