Greenvapo delivery is really bad even after online pre-payment.
I placed an order on jan 14 2015. Today is jan 21. Still no sight of the order. I spoke to the gentleman in the company on the 14th and 16th. Each time he said the order is shipped. On monday 19th he apologised saying the order is not shipped due to long holidays. He could have said that earlier.
Said order is shipping today.they sent me some tracking number.till 21st the tracking number did not reflect even a pick up of the courier. I contacted them again and they sent me a new tracking number on the 21st. Which now said that the order was booked on the 20th.their service is not reliable!
Most reviews say that their products are good. So greenvapo needs to improve is delivery service.
