I recently had a horrible experience with Ekart Logistics it felt like every part of their service was broken.
First off, their delivery was painfully slow. My package bounced between hubs endlessly with no progress or updates. It was so frustrating that I felt totally left in the dark .
On top of that, I got billed extra—but there was zero transparency. Random hidden charges popped up on my invoice without any explanation . Customer support was another disaster. Calling them felt like talking to a wall responses were delayed, inconsistent, or simply never came .
And wait one user even shared a scary story where a package was marked delivered, but they never received it. That’s terrifying . Others have complained about rude and careless delivery agents, and even potential theft happening on delivery routes .
It really feels like Ekart is a broken machine: late deliveries, hidden fees, absolutely useless support, and a real risk of missing or mishandled packages. I'm done giving them chances.
