Friends few months ago I bought avg internet security from here with three year coverage. They sent me a mail after paying online that this is your subscripson pin. And you can download software from internet. I did every thing they said. Everything went well till a month with proper update. But after a month it stopped working then I called Ebay customer care, which in itself a tough task to connect a call. Then they said it is not our duty to entertain you call the vender . Then I called vender he never picked my call. Then I called AVG customer care then they said product that you have bought is duplicate . we do'nt give services to this. Then again I called Ebay, they refuged to help me . So friends bottomline is never go to ebay because they do not care about their vender and customer. They only know about making money.
