Completely disgusting customer experience, do not book tickets here. They are not able provide proper customer service for a bus ticket. If you rely on them for a vacation its gonna be definitely ruined. Worst customer service ever. Never even bothered to revert a mail, i have been calling them daily. Worst service ever. Please do not book at ease my trip.
