EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
First time I booked flight with them . I cancelled ticket on line and was told or rather warned that I will not get refund. While buying ticket this was not mentioned. Now they say spice jet will not refund.
I checked on yahoo and MMY trip and even with spice jet, this ticket is refundable. EMT do not wish to refund as they are crooks and lure customer with no processing feeNever buy from them . Such crooks should be out of business.
