I had ordered some goods from ebay.com. The seller shipped the product within 2 days from Delhi.
Product reached Bangalore office 2 Days late.
Later, dispatched to madiwala, Bangalore office. Careless staff in madiwala office sent the goods to white field office in opposite end of the city for delivery, where as the destination was at the other end of the city.
Again, the goods was sent back to Bangalore Madiwala office, again sent back to Bangalore main office.
Bangalore main office redirected back to madiwala office and madiwala office again sent it to BTM Layout office.
So, this redundant transaction took over a week from the day my goods reached Bangalore.
Just analyse the pathetic condition of DTDC, don't ever recommend to your enemies as well.
