Writing this review on 9th day after sending courier via DTDC. They do not have any clue where is the parcel from last one week. Their customer care service is pathetic. They are like a parrot who will speak only repeated words for any query. I had an original document in the courier and if it goes to wrong hand(likely they lost my packet), who will be responsible for any loss. Never expected such a casual staff and service from such a big brand.
