The management of this courier service is not proper. The salary given to the employee is also very low they didnot even offered the bonus. The benefits of the salary are not getting to employees as there is no proper management. The job security for employees are at very high risk. One mistake and the job is gone. There is no carrier growth in the company as expected. The working environment of the company is also not proper. If possible then company can change there management policies.
