The MTNL operator provides cheap plans but their service is very poor.
Customer care is not so good like other operators.You will always face network problem with this operator.
It offers cheap plans of calling , messages and 3g internet but what is the use of it if you dont get any network.
Its network always increase and decreasing , it is very difficult to call continously for 5 min because your call disconnect automatically.
Everytime when a internet is connected , it will definately drop within 5 minutes. Calling connectivity is too slow as compared to others.
Depending upon the area signal strength is known.Customer care service is totally worse. Its better to leave this cheap operator and go for other operators as they are providing good services and great network all over area.
