Hello friends not good experience networking is vary bad. Customers service not good if you call then nobady pick your call
This is the worst telecom service provider they don't have enough for 4G network services, internet is very slow and services also very slow. The data package available is also very expensive thing prices are too high and the quantity provided is very the workers working in this company are very old and half of them have already retired and hence the company is getting closed The cliental service is very bad and they don't even care about the clients in Whenever you try to contact customer care service they are eating lunch or dinner or pretending to do any type of work always.

Hey, I am Shafik going to sharing my thoughts about Dolphin Mobile Operator.
I am using this service provider since from last 10+ years
In Mumbai my area it's doesn't have network only sometimes it shows network. It was worried me so much and another problem is it's recharges are not available on every telecom retailers when I was going for recharges so every retailers was said that we don't have dolphin recharge.
It was worried me too much that's why I have changed my operator now.
Worst mobile operator ever
Didn't provide network in my area
Cost of calling and sms is also high
Need to improve its services
Customer service is also not good as there is no way to contact them

I have changed my mobile operator now because my privious operator was dolphin I was tottaly worried with this.
In delhi my area it's doesn't have network only sometimes it shows network. It was worried me so much and another problem is it's recharges are not available on every telecom retailers when I was going for recharges so every retailers was said that we don't have dolphin recharge.
Very bad experience with dolphin.
I am using Dolphin Service from more than 2 years now.
The reason for using this was they support BSNL network outside Mumbai. which is very good for remotely located areas.
But the network here in Mumbai is very very bad,
I could not find good network any place in Mumbai.
They should have improved their network by now, but no good has been done yet.
They are very economical with their charges.
Giving the best of the plans compared to others.
But bad network has eaten up the cost benefit.
I have a BSNL network in Guwahati, Assam. Whenever I come to Delhi my network change over to Dolphin by default.Dolphin network is almost nonexistent and my mobile becomes useless.I have now resolved to change my BSNL connection to other service providers since I need to visit Delhi often.
I have used the dolphin mobile services before and had expirenced penalty of trouble
Thanks to its poor networkig strenght. There's never been any stability of its network often got disconnected for simplest of reasons.
The charge are competitive throug and give decent value for money. The data pack its good but its ruined by its poor network.
Dolphin customer care service represntative were often polite but had understanding of its problem.
I have been using this Dolphin network since 2013 , from then to now there has been not a single change in network facility & Service also. I was facing many problems when I used that Dolphin services, But the major problem was the network most of the time that was gone completely out of my network a normal area like New Delhi or Delhi NCR area. I'm talking about their, services their services still not good. If I compared to the other network like Airtel or Reliance jio on maybe Vodafone, those service provider are offering to their customers like roaming free across all India facility, reduce in date price offering best cheap rate sms package free movie downloading song downloading & extra others cool offer. I heard that some of the network operator open new Mobile Bank app facility like Airtel Bank, shopping apps bill payment app & other extra. So here I wanna try to say that this network not attract customer joined them, they have no advertisement, all I can say that this network is boring young generation.
I am using this Dolphin network from past 8 years. Dolphin/MTNL mobile operater is a Goverment network provider.When we talk about its network courage So it's not bad but network strength is so poor. And Network is not stable and some its disconnected for simplest of reason.MTNL provides a lot of offers for custumers. Best offers for both( Voice and Data Packs) . It give us 40MB of data in just 4 INR. I think it's totally good but got runied by unstable Network strength.Dolphin custumer care services are not so good. Whenever I make a call to custumer care no after some rings I got call dissconnected. and they cannot take an immideate action to solve this problem.So they need some improovement in custumer care services and network strength.
I am totally very very disappointed with the services of the Dolphon mobioe operator.
This mobile operator catch very network.
And also their internernet service is very very bad. Their network service is very very poooor.
I want to share my bad experience with this mobile network.
Recently I have visited to the jammu and kashmir And my mobile just has a only one network and that is dolphin and this network stopped working.
And I was not able to make any phone call and my family members were tense for me.
From that Now. I am not using this network since that experience .
I am totally not like this mobile operator service as also their cuatomer service is also very very very bad.
Their Charges are so costly.

This is very very bad mobile operator service.
Dolphin mobile operator is not good in Delhi. The signal frequency is bad. It ihas not connectivity mostly area. The costmer representive is not attending calls many time. As government organizations they are not taking any risk. Sometimes the call has jumped. The call price is higher than other operators. The additional tariff package is high.
Im sure bot many will be aware of this network.Last year I happened to take thus sim because of the offers and as the internet and call charges were cheaper than the big telecom companies like airtel, vodafone and even BSNL, and so I decided to take it but then I felt as if it was my biggest mistake.Firstly, The offers didnt seem to be much profitable, and there was network problem everywhere even in the centre of the city and no signal atall while travelling of in small towns.It is better to go for airtel or jio now!
I had brought dolphin sim last year I hardly used the sim for 1 week at that time I was at my home an the service was average after some day when I use to travel to different places it started it's problem the signal is some areas was poor an in some it was not there at all as to solve this problem I went to the customer care gallery an reported my problem even after one week they could not fix it no proper customer service I had to travel a long distance to reach the gallery after that I stop using the sim now after the introduction of jio the big mobile sim operater are in trouble like vodafone, airtel an maby more where has dolphin is not even in the race an cannot attract the customers
In recent time the introduction of 4G to our country make the telecom communication industry lucrative from business point of view. Many telecom companies are ready to merge and one can not forget the biggest merger between two famous companies. Along side with this, there are many new startup and companies are line up to try their luck in this field. One such name is Dolphin Mobile Operator, they are already in functioning under this gambit.
Dolphin Mobile Operator are claiming to provide all type of service including Internet service exclusively for home user at affordable pricing. Their presence is currently in Maharastra specially in Mumbai and even if we move toward Pune at some places their network is available. But, they are poor in doing the things. First of all they are not providing quality signal and this will surely hamper their chances of getting succed. One can not claim that by keeping prices low, people will attract towards their services.
Their plans are not really exciting, like old wine in new bottle. Their customer service desk and their PR team is not doing things in composite manner. They are perfect example of how stiff competition makes new comers to do crazy things. They should need to take some time out to restrategies their plans and tactics.
For me, they are big NO and anyways they are not big enough to operate across the country. So, by default other state people are safe.

I am going to share with you something about this mobile network this mobile network is very very useful because I am using this network after 5 year and this network is some time providing bad service but it is many time providing good service and how networks are not providing bad service and many networks are providing many time bad service but this mobile network is providing many time good service .
This mobile network are providing always cheap price talk time many mobile network have available some time offer but this mobile network have available many time same offer and cheap offer.
That is my point

It sorry to tell that there in no DOLPHIN NETWORK in Waynad area of kerla. I tried in karnataka also. One feel helpless with Dolphin sim card. Sorry state . Are we really going to be digital country. No calls, no sms, no internet by Dolphin. Improve it.
This is the network which I never heard about any of a friend using it or a talking about it I don't even think so that this network is existing in India and doing something working for India so as we can expect that this is the worst ad network in the market
I use dolphin sim before eleven years in delhi ncr. Very poor server in office time and so fast server 5pm after. When better server roaming area. Our favret network any roaming. Butcall rate cheap and fourG freedom network is good. allwayes use but something place server is not registered. Exutive no responce any time. Yes I sure but Metro city network is problem. Thanks a lot.
