In spite of several calls made to the customer care it never seemed that they ever think of actually taking care of their customers’ needs. There helpdesk is just like hell desk.
A stupid IVR speech becomes too irritating when it repeats the same that too in rubbish English. Unfortunately you will have to listen to it for very long.
Will never get a proper service if in case a call is picked up. Will never provide you service on time.
Conclusion: One should not even think of going for dist tv’s santhusti. Even after you buy a dish tv for your self will never be satisfied.
