I am using Dish TV from 2011 to date. No major issues seen in this time as far as outage and quality is concern.
Customer care is responsive and issues get resolved quickly.
I have moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore once in this time and moved 2 times in Bangalore as well. No issues faced from DishTv. Every time someone comes and fix with no issues.
Price is also Reasonable.
One concern - Dish TV does not have good hold and control on the local operators who actually does the real ground work. Last time while shifting, the Area Operator of "Arekere MICO Layout"(Near Bannerghata Road) was not served properly and the same is not in control with DishTV. Customer complaints should be handled with the local operator closely. But the same got resolved after 2-3 days.
