I had a very disappointing experience with Deodap. I ordered a few products on 2nd September 2025, and one of them ( a medical kit box) arrived defective , the lock part was missing.
When I raised a complaint, instead of resolving the issue, they kept insisting on an unboxing video. At no stage during purchase or before delivery was I ever advised to record an unboxing video. I shared clear photos of the defective product, which should have been enough, but they still denied my complaint.
I even asked them to provide their own packaging video for verification, but they refused. This shows very poor service, lack of accountability and zero respect for customers.
Deodap seems more focused on frustrating customers rather than solving genuine issues. I would not recommend this platform to anyone.
