I am a customer of DEN network from 2008 from Ghaziabad. Taken their set up box in 2008 and 2011 respectively.
There representative always say that they will give services if any problem is found.
On 13th April 14 I found my set box standby button started auto power on and power off. I reported this to my cable operator who come another day and said that you had to report to customer care for this complaint as he can't help it.
I was living in Indirapuram from 2008 but changed my location 2 times on rented properties. Now I complained to Den customer care also but they said that purchase new box as they don't repair at all as I purchased from different cable operator than current one.
Every year you had to purchase new box if you are living on a rental property. Also if your cable operator denied to help in setup box problems then nobody is there to help you at all.
I called Den cable's sales manager of Ghaziabad Atul Aggarwal who denied to talk without showing any respect on mobile that shows how management working for money sack only. Beware, now after 17 days their customer care executive daily calling to sell new set up box but nobody solved my problem.
