My Alienware died one day, I sent it to Dell for repair, only they couldn’t repair it. They decided to exchange the system. The system they replaced mine with, has broke also. The customer service/support for their systems are from overseas and have little concern for the customer.
I’ve been dealing with incompetence for 4 months. They want to exchange my system with a lesser system than the one I had. I would not recommend Dell to anyone looking to purchase a system. They can hardly speak English.
