Online website name is https://delhionlineflorists.com but it is managed from KOLKATA. They have sub vendor in DELHI to manage the delivery of their product.
For same day delivery product even if you order before 4:00 PM IST, orders are going to deliver on next day only. Even the flower arrangement are not as shown on their website. Also fresshness / quality of flowers are not upto the standard.
Customer Support is pathetic, they ask you about the status of the order instead of telling. If you want to send something in DELHI, please use some well known florist instead of this one.
