Hi guys today I am sharing my own experience about Data Entry India.If you are seeking a job in the Data Entry field so I would like to tell you one thing that there is no scoop that you can sustain you job for years or you will not be able to get any promotions.
The salary is fix here in India it is between 10 k to 20 k maximum or there is no any other benefits.They will not give you H.R.A or you will not get the P.F. facility.Even there is no any cab facility in this field.
There is no any security of job or you can not take any holidays.This field is really very difficult to do the work.If you will get holiday you job can be left in your hands.So there is no any security of job.
There is no any promotions also. Inspite of working many years in this field many you will not be promoted to any post.Lack of Promotions.No career growth.The work environment is also not really very good because there is no professionalism.They do not have good knowledge because they hired the people who can type fast not those who has good knowledge.The office is also not be in the big area.
according to me the rating of CEO is 3 only.
