This is what is have never expected from Daraz.pk since I was terribly disappointed with not the product that I have received but the support that I have received from Daraz.pk. I have never received any conformation call or an email in order to track my package id I was informed that I will receive an SMS, but I have not received any such. Later on I was informed that I the package has been conformed and it has been dispatched but when I inquired whether the package was received there was absolutely no information. This is what people din't expect from you so please take care of any issue either small or big.
