At the time of signing up for a year, dvois guaranteed my connection would be transferred to any location in Mumbai for a fee. The connection are also very slow and keep dropping out 2-3 times a week for a few hours. Service is very slow.
Six months later, I moved home but since over 2 months they are not connecting to my new address, in the heart of Link road Malad west. The customer care takes complains but the technicians don't turn up. The manager Harsh avoids calls and has stopped picking up the phone.
No professionalism, no ethics. stay away.
