I had done my appendectomy in the month of January. Sadly I ahve not received my biopsy report and my refund amount of 10000 rs even today, mid may.
I call the hospital landline many times, they say they will call back. But I have never received any call from them. Most of the time the phone bell only rings, nobody answers.
The TPA department is worst. they dont coordinate with insurance company for mediclaim during discharge. Even after discharge they take months to refund the deposited amount. Following them on phone is a task as they never pick your calls.
I would never refer this hospital to anybody.
