I was duped into joining here with the HRs telling that it is a networking related job. The job was technical support [slightly better than BPO].
My first salary was 4000. The job was pathetic. You have to work a lot and hard. It is frustrating. You have to beg to get breaks, and I am talking about bathroom breaks. You have to finish dinner in 10 mins, because the management feels that its enough time to eat your dinner. You will be asked to do extra hours of work.
The cab service is pathetic. All the while I was there, I had night shift. I worked night shift for 10 months, without break and then I quit. I was 49 kilos when I joined, then I turned 41 kilo. I started looking like a human after 6 months of staying at home.
My dad stated that I looked like a bat who was up all night, slept little and couldn't eat much.
