It may be a good company for Freshers but for experienced don't put your life in heavy risk by joining in this organisation.
Pros: only 1 I found. Salary will be credited within time.
Cons: 1) Will be cheated by a lumpsum amount mentioning as variable pay on offer letter which you will not get full because within one year they will throw u out mentioning less project while other projects will be available but will not listen to you even.
2) Few HR responds properly but most of them doesn't even pickup phones
3) To reporting manager you are just a tool which will be useless as already your future in this organisation will be planned once you join. As they know they will collect amount from their client in the name of how much heavy employees they recruited which will be over within 1 yr and will lose your job by sudden one month notice without any previous hint also. Doesn't bother how many days np they mentioned on offer letter but they will give you just one month np while throwing out.
4) For experienced persons most importantly don't be fool by their permanent employee mention on offer letter. They always give permanent offer letter but it's a dirty trick by management to grab good experienced employees from market. While throwing out they don't care anything. They always hire people in contractual basis by fooling them with permanent employee offer letter.
5) Most of the work time is night shift
