This is to make in your concern that I have purchased Crizal Photocromatic lenses from Titan Eye+ located in Mohali 7-Phase on 3rd September, 2016. After some days my lenses start showing some scratches on them and till today lenses are full of scratches that create problem while viewing through them.
As initially when I purchase my spectacles, Titan Eye+ members assured me that these lenses are unscratchable and of very good quality but as I face these issues in my spectacles when I go back to them and explain them problems came in my spectacles, they directly said they are not responsable for these scratches and these problem will not cover the grantee they gave to me. Also they added that these scratches are due to mishandling of spectacles.
