I purchased the Video door phone in February and after 5 months it started giving problems the door bell would not work so I informed the dealer on 9th July and he picked up the video door phone and informed us that it will take 4 to 5 days to get a replacement. It was observed that even after a couple of weeks the replacement was not done after continuous follow up the replacement did not come. I spoke to the customer care team they were not bothered they simply said speak to the service centre. The service centre number noone will pickup . The dealer was cooperative and always reply and shared his helplessness. Finally it has got installed today on 17th Aug . After one month and 10 days which shows that if you are buying CP plus products you are asking for pathetic after sales service.
