I had a very disappointing experience with Country Holiday Travel. From the very beginning, their team misled me with false promises and wrong communication. The information they shared at the time of booking was completely different from what I actually received. Once I realized this and tried to cancel my package, the real struggle began.
Instead of helping me with a smooth cancellation and refund, they started delaying the process with excuses and unclear responses. It has been frustrating to constantly follow up, yet they keep dragging the matter and not giving any clear timeline for my refund. This feels like a complete fraudthey were quick to take my money, but when it comes to returning it after their mistakes, they are unprofessional and untrustworthy.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Country Holiday Travel. Their misleading communication, poor customer service, and refusal to handle refunds honestly have left me with nothing but stress and loss.
