I bought this mobile on February 2016. Phone has following issues-
When reboot, it goes for swich off.
Customer care at Indore, identified a bug inside phone. They did factory data reset in March 2016.
In april 2016 again phone hanging and bug issue arrive. Comapny sent me special instruction for factory data reset. I followed them. Company advice me that insert your external card by pre-scanning. I follwed them carefully.
Handset still has issue. I don't think so that it has 3 GB RAM. I think it has 1 GB RAM mobile and coolpad is cheating to their customer.
I am facing again issue such as automatic switch off issue, hanging problem. So many issue with handset and going agian to visit their customer care centre. If they will not help, I'll conatct to consumer care.
