I recently bought a Compaq for 30000 from Hypercity retail in Inorbit, the laptop is extremely slow, crashing frequently but the service technicians just shrug it off.
I write to make u guys aware that please check the compatibility since they are not so compatible with windows vista or xp and they dont care ...
I wish laws and consumer complaints are more powerful in India to take up the challenge , but u know how it is here, chalta hai.....
Please beware of after service and Compaq........they are selling ok but after service need urgent attention. bought a compaq and within one year I had so many issues, the poor after service of Compaq didnt help at all. They tried to deny their short comings.I lost out my loyalty to them and wish I could have bought an IBM or Apple.
So guys please beware before u buy any compaq product, once uve paid your hard earned money and something happens the company doesnt care at all.
Anyone having a similar problem speak up and dont keep quite.
Please do whatever research b4 u buy their products......
