Anyone can gets the information about the ciena from the net.I visited this compan's site, the company is well known but there top managment is very poor .
Company MD resides in usa, my friend is working in this company now he decided to leave now becouse he is not sutisfied with his team leader the working enviourment gives so burden on our mind and there is no salary hike and post increament.
So when you decide to join this company be aware about it's managment.
