I have tried both Chanel lipsticks and eyeliners and they have worked really well for me. The lipsticks are moisturizing and also very pigmented. They don't have many stores in India but you can find them at another outlet in a mall. The gel eyeliner is the perfect consistency not too thin but it has a greyish outcome instead of black.
The price:
The price IS NOT affordable for people in a budget. It may cause irritation too.
