I made an order for my Lenovo vibe K5 on 12th July, 2018. Everything went fine while filling the form, I uploaded my phone's pic t000, but today the technician took mine 3 hours to pick the phone and he rejected my phone. I want to ask why didn't they rejected my phone after looking my uploaded pics.?
