I visited cars 24 dealer at nangia park , delhi on 21 April at 1213hrs. Immidiately on my arrival the first question asked to me by the executive was whether I am ready to sell the car today itself . On my refusal , he straightforward refused to do inspection . The reason he told me was its very sunny outside. On my insistense that I had come after booking an appointment and nowhere it was notified that its mandatory to sell the car within 24 hrs, he asked for RC and after going through that very suspiciously asked if the vehicle is on my name. Wth , did he assume that it is a stolen vehicle. Moreover a 20s something educated young guy asking such question should also mean he can not read my name on RC. So is the cars24 management employing uneducated people.
While I decided to walk away , I could hear he murmuring silly remarks on me from the back.
I give 0/5 to cars24 . Its better to go directly to maruti dealership as they are offering me 10k more than what the dynamic executive of cars24 offer.
