  1. I bought a dishwasher today in reliance digital today and the salesperson was good in explaining things. I opted for finance and 2 options were available and since I already had a pre-approved loan of Rs. 40k I opted for Capital first finance.

  2. Person from the capital first doesn't know the procedure. He look almost 4 hours in completing 1 form.

  3. He gave information that we won't be charged extra for any processing, since we have all the documents processed.

  4. We were finally charged 1% of the total bill as a processing fees. When asked he couldn't explain anything on this.

  5. He was calling his TL multiple times and we ended up with no information.

  6. When escalated this to reliance digital they did nothing.

  7. They had 3 types of processing fees. Till now I didn't get any information even after emailing the capital first.
