I have been using this camera (Canan SX 200 IS ) for last 2 years. Picture quality is good. Now it is cheap also. With 12x optical zoom, and 10 MP it s a very good bargain. Only issue is that during video, it does not give option for optival zoom. There is some softwares available for that, but you have to compromise with quality when using CHDK. but if that is a real necessity its good to use it.
If you are looking for a compact high zoom this is a good deal.
Good camera to own for all occasions.
