A Review of Cabbazar, warning!


My recent experience with Cabbazar for a three-day taxi service was deeply disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. What began as a hopeful family trip quickly turned into a chaotic and stressful ordeal, all thanks to the complete lack of professionalism and accountability on the part of Cabbazar and their affiliated vendors.


To start with, Cabbazar did not provide the taxi service themselves, but rather outsourced the booking to a vendor named Dinesh. There was no transparency about this arrangement during the booking process. Dinesh, instead of taking responsibility, further passed the booking to yet another person without informing me. This chain of handoffs set the tone for the rest of the experience: zero communication, zero reliability, and zero support from the original company I had paid.


On the very first day, the cab assigned to us broke down just 15 kilometers into the journey. No backup vehicle was offered immediately, and we had to wait for hours before another arrangement was made. During this time, there was no proactive communication from either Cabbazar or Dinesh, leaving us stranded and anxious with no idea how the rest of the trip would be handled.


Eventually, another driver named Ram Sharma was assigned to us, and things only got worse from there. Mr. Sharma was shockingly unprofessional, displaying an appalling attitude toward my family. He frequently chewed tobacco while driving, showing complete disregard for basic etiquette and hygiene. Not once did he apologize or acknowledge how inappropriate and discomforting this was for us.


What made matters worse was his resistance to any form of sightseeing. Every time we requested a stop or detour for tourist spots in Jaipur, he either refused or demanded extra money. This was despite the understanding that our service included local travel and sightseeing. He was dismissive, rude, and utterly unsupportive throughout the entire trip.


Despite repeated attempts to reach Cabbazars customer support, we were met with silence. There was no helpline that worked, no email response, and no one took ownership of the situation. It felt like once they had our payment, their involvement ended completely. That lack of accountability left us feeling helpless and deceived.


This experience not only disrupted our vacation but caused immense stress to my family, especially the elders and children, who were looking forward to enjoying a peaceful holiday. The emotional toll it took on us cannot be understated. Being treated so poorly despite being paying customers is simply unacceptable.


I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Cabbazar.
