I had booked taxi from Chail to Chandigarh for 24 June 2025 which was confirmed and driver detail were sent to me . but taxi did not turn up at appointed time on the pretext of vehicle gone off road . I spoke to cab bazar executive who demanded extra fare of INR 1000 and extra time to provide taxi .I was about to miss my train and therefore agreed to pay extra amount where as onus of responsibility lies with them to provide alternate taxi without extra cost. Even after that failed to provide taxi and I was forced to take local taxi by paying INR 1700 extra. Therefore it is evident that they are unreliable, untrustworthy and therefore advice every body to refrain from taxi from them.
