I paid my bill of Bharat fiber on this January 2021 but did not get the payment receipt. I contacted BSNL but they said we have no way to provide a payment receipt. I am shocked that such a big company doesn't manage its customer's data securely. I needed the receipt for tax purposes but I don't see a way to get it now. I am their premium customer with their highest monthly plan but the speed I get is pathetic. Shame on you BSNL. I will not recommend it to anyone.
