BSNL is like an ideal government organization which does everything like a government.I got my connection few months back and I used to get my download speed as 220 -230KBS and line rate used to be around 7996kbps for downstream.After few months of hypocrisy from BSNL, they started acting just like a Government Organisation and reduced my line rate speed to a fixed 2045 for downstream.The situation now is that I am even unable to browse my internet properly.Worst to that modem reboots anytime erratically maximizing the BSNL pleasure of "Super Speed".
Complaints also prove to be true BSNL pleasure totally unheard, their line man don't know the terms even how can they possibly repair, customer executive don't tend to bothered about the complaints .
So anybody planning to get a connection think twice before u get the damn broadband connection because it can cause you to have a great prolonged headache until you get it away.
Anybody from BSNL listen to the problems of Customers, I know it really doesn't matter because it's a government organization and profit-loss don't bother much.but at least keep the good name.
