Hey Guys! I, today, am going to tell you about the problems I have faced with BSNL sim.
I am a user of BSNL since 2011. For the past 3 years I was facing network issue and finally 3 days ago I ported my sim. There is great network issue with BSNL sim. Sometimes I thought that there is curfew on BSNL sim. This network problem caused a great inconvenience to me and this is the main reason that I ported my sim from BSNL to other company about which I will not discuss in this review.
Customer Service is also a big problem of BSNL sim. The customer service associates try to make people fool. The company is wasting money on customer service associates as they do not help their customers.
The plans of BSNL are very costly and this is also a big reason that I ported my BSNL sim to other company sim.
The BSNL company does not have a strong network and has very costly plans, so it is a very disappointing thing.
I recommend others to leave BSNL if you are an existing member of BSNL company and not to join BSNL if you are not a mamber of BSNL company yet.
