Hi friends I am krish now I am sharing my personal experience about this washing machine. I had ordered this machine because I have personally used it and I like it very mugh as its function are easy to use. But this time I got my ordered but it was damaged and its packing was impropee. On the day when I recieved it immediatly I requested for replacement . From then now its been 20 days but no one came to pick that machine from our house or we did not got any further update about our new product. I will never suggest this type of produt to anyone
