Bosch WAK24268IN 7 kg Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine

I purchased a Bosch washing machine, Model No. MOI703M0IN, despite my wife's preference for Whirlpool, thinking that as a German company, Bosch would offer high product quality and prompt service. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Resolving any complaint takes at least six months, and their service providers and technicians are subpar. My current complaint has set a new record—it's been nine months, and it still hasn't been resolved. All I receive are standard apology emails for online complaints, and there are no escalation email IDs available on their website. I urge everyone to be cautious before purchasing any Bosch home appliance

I recently purchased a Bosch washing machine, and I have to say, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The machine often struggles to balance loads, resulting in excessive vibrations that are not only annoying but also concerning for the longevity of the appliance. Additionally, the control panel is frustratingly complicated, making it difficult to select the right settings without referring to the manual multiple times. To top it off, customer service has been unhelpful, leaving me feeling stranded with a product that doesn't meet my expectations.

Worst experience with Bosch washing machine

Purchased in April 2024 and broken down in aug 2024 hqve been calling for repair for past 8 days and no engineer called back and came . Customer care is utter waste . They are telling lies that they tried to contact you etc . Don’t every buy bosh

1st august my machine broke down the person who gives service came n told me that the lock is not working we need to replace so we decided to replace it got the part for 4250 rs n service 650 . The machine broke down today again 6th August I had raised genuine request for quick service in morning 11.00 till now nobody has turned up n now nobody is receiving the call really very upset with the service from next time not buying appliances will be better from bosch ??????????

We shifted from LG to Bosch and commited a blunder .Our product is merely two years old and the machine is conked out.for last 8 days, we have been trying to reach the service engineer, who visited us 3 days after we lodged the complaint. To our shock , after inspection, he informed that he needs to replace a spare part which is not available for next one month and he disappeared !!!!!! Since then we have been chasing the call centre and looking for resolution but each time we have to explain our case snf and after listening to us , the executive escalates the call !!!! Please do not buy Bosch washing machine

Terrible product.

After 3 years , the steel drum cracked and they don't have a spare part. Cooly tell you to buy a new Washing machine at a ridiculous special price which is more than the online price. Big Fraud!!

Never ever buy this brand.

I have very bad experience with Bosch washing Machine. After couple of years, it gives you so much of trouble. Recently I have experienced smoke comes out of the machine. I have contacted the services and no one turned out for 3 weeks. I had the same issue 4 moths back. With continuous follow up for several weeks, Service engineer came and checked. However, he said everything is fine with ghe machine. He charged Rs. 800 just for the visit. He did not even open the machine, rather just ran the machine for 10 minutes and said everything is fine and collect ed the money and went off.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying Bosch Machine as it lacks performance and service support is horrible. Please don't buy to avoid such a horrible experience.

Mr Arfan Hussain- so called service executuve our home for service of washing machine. Aftwr 10 days of follow-up he came to house and he took motherboard of washing machine charged heavily and ascended for 10 days and with continuous follow-up he cane to house at evening 6pm and did hopeless work and damaged washing machine door . He promised he will repair by next 2 days, but he is refusing calls and even service center executive is rejecting the call.

We purchased 7.5 Kg top loading washing machine a year ago .From Day 1 clothes got jammed due to poor design and we realised that Bosch washing machine is not a brand to trust

.We are not able to operate the machine and we have to load only 30% clothes and operate the machine and if we are lucky we get the clothes washed We continued to operate and at the end of year1 the machine gets rattled badly. Contacting the serbice center is of no help . DONT waste your hard earned money in bosch washing machine.

We bought a Bosch washing machine top load 8 kg size a few months back. While buying, the show room person proudly giving many good points about it. After delivery and started using it. Then only we realised that it is not a fully automated machine. Even the water level with respect to the clothes need to be set by ourselves. Because it always in water level 1 irrespective of any number of clothes. And while spinning it vibrates too much. There is no use of setting up the eye ball center point. Overall it is not worth for the money as it looks semi-automatic. Instead we can go for buying some good products like Samsung, LG , etc.

I will never recommend to purchase Bosch washing machine. I purchased 4 years back and now drum is making loud noise and water leakage. Since warranty is expired they are asking to replace full parts with huge cost. Since local electricians are not getting spares parts they have kept monopoly in repairs and services.

I have one more washing machine iny negative, which I am having from past 8 years. In middle I have some issue and due to expiry of warranty I consult local engineer, which he repaired with very low cost. But here in Bosch since they kept monopoly in services and repairs even local vendors also not able to touch.

While purchasing they promise all the things, but on other side, very bad experience I had with BOSCH washing machine.

Never suggest or recommend to purchase BOSCH washing machine.l

This Feb-2023 we have purchased Bosch washing machine front load.

Product is not even one year old. Front door rubber gasket is broken. Really surprised. we did not had this issue when we used Samsung.

When we called service center, they stated rubber items will not be covered under warranty. That was surprised to me. so I requested them to place order and I will pay the cost. I raised service request on 23rd Nov. Today I 28th Nov. Still the part is not delivered. When I called customer service, they stated it will take 15 WORKING DAYS for part procurement. This really pissed off me. Till then I need to wash cloths. Samsung service was very good when we compare to Bosch. Product durability is also good in Samsung. Guys, think twice before you buy Bosch products.

We have raised service request on Nov 1st. After so many follow ups the technician visited our home on Nov 5th. He said need some part replacement and he has requested for it. He ensured it will be done in 2 to working days. But after 3 working days he didn’t pick the calls. Called service support number multiple time and escalated the issue. Got an update on Nov 9 that they have received the part and it will be replaced next days. From Nov 10 again he did not pick our calls. We thought it’s festival season and we didn’t disturb him for next 3 days. We when we checked again on Nov 14th from different mobile number he was telling the part was returned back with unknown reason. There after he didn’t pickup any of our calls.

We again escalated to service support. We spoke to Escalation team 4 days in a rows asking for the current status and resolution for our issue. They simply say will get back to you and they never did anything beyond that. Today it’s Nov 18 and we haven’t get any help from Bosch. Buying a costly machine and not getting proper service is pathetic. We stopped calling them now we just put that crappie machine aside and we are using outside laundry service.

It’s horrible. I don’t recommend Bosch to any one any more. Don’t fall for the positive image they have. You can get a better machine for lesser price in other brands. You will get way better service in other reputable brands. I lost 35000 by this Bosch machine. Painful.

The service is dirty bad. They stole my pcb and never returned it for last 12 years

Ankur raina messaged me to replace the machine but it was fake. Now they are cancelling any request made to customer service without giving any reason

Go for ifb. Or Heir. Avoid Samsung. They are cheats too

Don't ever buy BOSCH PRODUCTS! I have purchased front load washing machine in 2019 and now its broken. Absolutely devastated. Very much frustrated about my product choice. They don't exchange it, instead offered me the scarp value which is nothing. Their quality assurance is only for 2 year warranty period. It doesn't applicable two years after. Please do not let you get cheated by this company.

The machine was not getting on so i register a complaint in serive center and after several follow up a guy come to check the machine. Without checking it properly he said the mother board is gone and we cont repair it. U should purchase the new board. When i asked him how much he said 9k for it. Then i said not required so he charges me 450rs for visiting. Next day autometically machine started working. Then i called him and ask y u said like this and he dont have the answer for it. Simply wanted to chaet with the name of service. Fraud people.
