I havebern using this bosch washing machine from past 1 year , since their is no issue till now but the customer service people are very eager they wont provide free installation shich others give , for a small tap bush they took 300rs even whivh is not a branded one , for tinythings , even icalled for descalar they asked me400rs , the descalar powder costs about 80rs per pocket if they charge like this who is ready to pay, my opinion about machine is good to heavy weight of machinde it doesnts sounds a lot while rinsing at about 1000tpm.
