The first experience was very unsatisfactory but second one is very good now. As recently buying groceries from bigbasket and feels good experience with it. Before a time ago I ordered grocery online but payment have some issue so raise a complaint and after that they weekly talks about that we can make our service better in future. Now I ordered on dated 09/05/23 and there are no payment issue. So I have a good experience and very much customer support. Thanks bigbasket.
