I had made a car insurance claim on 18th June and till date(21st Jun) no surveyor has been identified to inspect it. I had to call them every day and ask if a surveyor has been identified every time they say today it will happen but till now, nothing has happened. One person yesterday told Saturday the surveyor will surely come and today again I called the customer service number and spoke to Ms.Swapna who said surveyor will come before 6pm and at 4pm I called the customer service again and another guy spoke and said surveyors are off on weekends and this can be done only on Monday and my car is still in the service center while all this happens. Very unhappy with the service.
