Bhanzu is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had enrolled my kid in Bhanzu english classes. They promised that the classes will start within a week but they delayed by two weeks and batch was not even formed.
I asked for full refund and wrote several emails called customer care so many times but no support at all.
After 3 weeks I got email that my kid should attend 20 classes and they will deduct money for 20 classes.
This is ridiculous. Keeping my money hostage and coercing me my kid to attend classes is not only illegal but also disrespectful.
Can anyone help me get my money back? Planning to go to consumer court. Any genuine help will be appreciated.
Paid to them 1510 Saudi Riyals.
