A Warning: My Disappointing Experience with Bhanzu - A Complete Scam
I am writing this review to share my extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Bhanzu, hoping to save other parents from losing their hard-earned money and, more importantly, their child's valuable education fund. Based on my experience and what I've seen echoed by many others, Bhanzu is, simply put, a complete scam that should be banned.
Misleading Promises and Dumbing Down of Content:
The most egregious issue is the blatant discrepancy between what Bhanzu advertises and what they actually deliver. The initial demo classes are designed to hook you with promises of advanced concepts and unique teaching methodologies. However, once your payment is processed, the course content magically changes. They don't teach what was advertised; instead, they resort to teaching "easy stuff" and manipulate modules to prematurely finish the program. This isn't about genuine learning; it's about getting your money and moving on. The advertised curriculum is a bait-and-switch, undermining any real academic growth.
The Refund Nightmare and Financial Trap:
Bhanzu's refund policy is a cruel joke. They make grand promises about easy cancellations and full refunds if you're not satisfied, but in reality, getting your money back is near to impossible. You'll be met with an endless loop of excuses, from needing perfect attendance to incomplete worksheets. It's a deliberate tactic to wear you down until you give up. This company seems to operate solely with a profit-driven motive, trapping parents' funds with no intention of providing genuine service or allowing a graceful exit.
Abysmal Customer Service and Teacher Quality:
The customer service is virtually non-existent once they have your money. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and if you do manage to get through, you're often met with unhelpful or even rude representatives who try to upsell you rather than address your concerns. There are also significant issues with teacher quality, with reports of instructors being late, leaving sessions, ending early, or even scolding children. When a child struggles to understand a teacher due to language barriers or poor instruction, there's little to no support from Bhanzu to rectify the situation.
In summary, my experience with Bhanzu has been nothing short of a nightmare. They make big promises but deliver a subpar, misleading, and frustrating educational experience. It's an expensive trap that preys on parents' desire for their children's academic success. I strongly advise anyone considering Bhanzu to look for better, more honest alternatives.
Please, share your honest reviews and experiences to help others avoid this deceptive company and save their child's education fund.
